After working in the corporate world and putting my wellbeing second, my mental health plummeted. When I hit rock bottom and following multiple diagnoses, I discovered yoga, breathwork, sound healing and meditation. I instantly experienced the profound benefits these holistic practices had on my life.
Inspired to delve deeper and explore how ancient yogic techniques can merge with modern approaches, I have traveled to India and Bali for training and am an accredited Sound Healer, Breathwork Instructor, and 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher.
Today, I teach both online and in-person intimate classes, prioritising accessibility and openness in every session. My unique approach draws inspiration from practices around the world, blending restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork and pranayama, and sound healing into a deeply immersive and calming session.
